• We currently deliver across the UAE only.

• International shipping is not available at this time. but you may request.

• Our team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm order details, and delivery information.

• Orders are processed only after successful confirmation.

If we are unable to reach you, dispatch may be delayed or cancelled.

3. Delivery Timeframe

• Standard UAE Delivery: Within 24 hours after order confirmation

• Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to location, weather, or operational factors, but we always aim for next-day delivery.

4. Same-Day & Express Delivery

• Same-day or express delivery may be available in select areas, subject to availability.
  

5. Cash on Delivery 

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within the UAE.

• Please ensure the exact amount is available at the time of delivery.

6. Failed Deliveries & Non-Response

• If delivery fails due to incorrect details, unavailability, or non-response, re-delivery charges may apply.

• Repeated failed attempts may result in order cancellation.

7. Delivery Acceptance

• Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
